Our approach towards transportation of frozen goods goes through the care for your products with the aim of guarding their quality during the whole freight. We know that in order to maintain the optimal temperature in the whole refrigeration space, we need the appropriate knowledge during the arrangement of the cargo, so that we can provide horizontal and vertical airflow around and between the products. Considering the requirements, before each loading of goods the cargo spaces are prepared in an appropriate way – treatment with cleaning detergents, washing and drying.
In view of its specifics and importance, the pharmaceutical industry is strictly regulated, therefore needs a carrier who realizes and understands its requirements. With this purpose, we serve our customers by using the full range of vehicles in our arsenal. Our specialized two-storey, so called double deck semi-trailers are ideal for the pharmaceutical industry due to the large volume and relatively low weight of the goods. For the security of the transported cargo, our company uses only guarded parking lots during the freight. At the end of the course, upon demand by the client, we can also provide a temperature report.

We provide customs clearance of goods in various European and West Asian cities, ferry bookings in all Europe, warehousing (normal or temperature-controlled) in Shumen, Bulgaria. Possessing a distribution centre in Rousse Free zone, Bulgaria, we can offer our partners warehousing and storage of goods, trans-shipment operations, completion of transport and customs documents, reservation and return of licences for international freight transport and others. We are also able to provide assistance in the Republic of Turkey and the Russian Federation where we offer our clients customs services and customs clearance, loading/unloading operations, separation/grouping. Customs clearance is a service we also provide in Belarus.
